When I first called technical service at retailer, they said that technician is not available for a week, estimation for only washing machine was about $550-600, I went looking for another company. So I went to the Internet and decided to call Kenny Fix It as the website appeared to be very professional and the reviews were favorable. Kenny returned my phone call, was at our house in about 45 minutes and within 20 minutes had diagnosed the problem, found the parts and repaired at a cost far below what we had prepared ourselves for. Kenny is very polite and skilled, which saved us from having to rush out and buy a new washer. Will definitely use again.
Also he changed rubber gasket on my dishwasher for a cost of 10 times less than retailer.
