- What could this company do to improve their services?
- We were looking to have some changes to our kitchen cupboards in addition to the other work we were having done. Originally the company thought the changes to the cupboards could be done. On the day the project began the carpenter indicated that what we wanted actually couldn't be done as we had hoped (a more costly option was available but they were great about knowing we didn't want to spend a lot to make the changes. It would have been great to have known earlier what we wanted wasn't an option. That being said, we absolutely appreciated their honesty in telling us the work would likely not have a good result. I suspect many a contractor would have gone ahead and done the work despite potential future problems simply to make the money.
