Thank you Convertible Air for your prompt, efficient and most of all affordable heating and AC services. I needed a new furnace and central air and was getting very discouraged with outrageous quotes and which brand names to trust. I (luckily) found an ad for Convertible Air in a flyer and called for a quote. Sean was very quick to respond, clearly laid out the options available and everything was installed in less than a week. We had a new central air conditioning system installed. The helpful sales person (Sean) explained the options available and helped us determine the best one for us. He also explained the advantage and disadvantages of various options. They were able to give us a price lower than any of five estimates we got and still give us a great system.

Also, their installation crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves when finished.

Now two weeks after installation we are cool and satisfied.

We would happily recommend them and will use them all further air conditioning and heating system needs.

After a horrible experience with a large, well-known company (one which prompted us to file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau), we contacted Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning about 2 months ago to investigate replacing the tankless water heater servicing our high-efficiency heating system. At the time, it was encouraging that Convertible was also a BBB member but one that had glowing reviews from its customers, so we requested a free estimate.

In fact, our sales representative, Sean, scheduled 2 free on-site inspections/estimates, researched our furnace`s specifications with its manufacturer, collaborated with us in finding the right solution for our needs, and adjusted the workorder and invoice to reflect our customizations. I particularly liked Sean’s diligence, professionalism and concern, as well as Convertible`s quality product offerings and wide range of financing options.

We installed a Navien system a week ago, once we were thoroughly satisfied with our selection and the other company was ready to remove the rental unit. Dieter, the installer, contacted us promptly upon notification of the removal and arrived soon after. Although challenged by some aspects of the job, such as being drenched in water from his installation efforts, having to replace a stripped thread, and needing to redirect an already sealed exhaust termination, he recovered remarkably well, enough to complete the job within a reasonable amount of time, given the circumstances.

Overall, despite a few minor administrative and technical difficulties, the installation went quite well. More importantly, the amount of resources devoted to us and our limited space demonstrates Convertible’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction, unlike the other company, a large company with serious flaws.

As a result, thus far, we are quite pleased with our choice of company and product. I regret being unable to issue a perfect rating, in this case, but I highly recommend Convertible. The system has been working quite well for over a week now. And, although we won’t know how well, until we start using our furnace, we anticipate no trouble. We had a much less efficient system installed before, and we received a free model upgrade from Convertible’s supplier, due to lack of inventory, so I think we`re finally settled.

Salesperson, Sean was great to work with. Excellent furnace for great price, I had rec'd 3 other quotes and they were the best. Installers were also great, arrived on time, finished on time and were very professional. Sean was able to get furnace delivered and installed within a week. Very pleases and no hesitation in highly, highly recommending Convertible!!!

Both Sean, the salesperson and Kemar, the technician, were professional and pleasant. The installation of the AC unit was done promptly. The advice related to the setting of the fan during summer and winter was most appreciated.

Installer (his name was Harold if I remember correctly) come few days after (we were not in a rush) at 9:00am.
He was alone as his partner was sick that day but he was just simply amazing as he was working like crazy (in a good way). He did all installation job on his own, In a period of time from 9:00AM until 4:30PM he didn't stopped for even a small break. He was very professional and we are very-very pleased with work he did.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Convertible Air to everyone who will need a GREAT and reliable service at affordable prices.

After our air conditioner "died", we looked around at a few companies. When Sean came to visit, not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, it was his personal character that won us over. He did not have the typical "salesman" demeanor! He made us feel very confident in our decision to select "Convertible Air". In addition, the installers (Branden and Josh) were very professional and courteous. The price itself was very comparable or better than other companies that quoted us. We would definitely do business with Convertible Air again!

We called for an estimate from an add in the newspaper and Sean was very good about coordinating a time to come by. He was professional and was able to answer all my questions. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons for all the alternatives, which made our decision process that much easier. Reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. We are very happy with installation job. Definitely recommend.

Convertible Air Systems is an exemplary example of professional service provider. Accurate, clean, efficient, high-performing, courteous, respectful, honest and hard-working. I contracted them to replace heating, cooling and water heater systems. From the first touch point (telephone conversation) to final inspection of completed work they left an excellent impression. In the initial phone contact (very professional demeanor), they provided high level quote (very close to the final bill), and scheduled the appointment. Despite being very busy they managed to arrange the site visit very quickly. Marnie showed up right on time, and instead of a marketing pitch provided excellent suggestions on best options to complete the job. In addition she scheduled a quick touch point with the technician Kemar to do a more detailed inspection of the work required. Kemar also showed up right on time, and did fantastic job with work assessment. On the day we scheduled work to start, Kemar and Eric were totally punctual. In the next two days, they worked very hard on completing the job while always being available to answer any question or offer advise. In the ned, Marnie, Kemar and Eric delivered exactly what they promised at the agreed price in the scheduled timeframe.
This company makes it easy to deal with them. I already recommended them to my friends and family.

My old furnace was on its last legs so decided to replace it before it died. I contacted a few companies and I was quoted astronomical figures at that point my sister recommended Convertible Air. Sean came to visit, he was very professional and courteous. He walked me through all the options available and didn’t push any option. The quote was very reasonable too.
