Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

Awesome experience with Convertible. My AC system died during a heatwave this week. Called Convertible (among alot of other places) for a quick quote. They were able to quickly give me the info I needed without a big sales pitch and I never needed to wait for a sales guy to come to see me. They were more than reasonably priced and were able to get me an appointment really quickly despite being incredibly busy. 2 techs came to install the new unit and they were professional, courteous, informative and helpful. They were quick and incredibly respectful of my home. After the install was complete they showed me every little thing they did, explained everything to me and offered tips and advice. Just incredible service. Thank you so much!!

Workers came on promised day,installed on time, all doubts were clarified and queries were answered in professional manner. Price of equipment plus installation is quiet competitive. I think ,I got one of the best price. I know I am provided with 10 year warranty on the equipment by the manufacturer, but I am not very much clear about the warranty on labour. I was told ,I will be given 10 year labour warranty, but on what condition, I was not told. But if I review the price and promptness of service from Convertible ,at present
I am satisfied.

I was shopping to replace my A/C and furnace. Got 3 quotes and Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning was the best. Christopher Amodeo was very good with detail explanation regarding the product and service Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning provides. Dave St. Croix and his co-worker are the best installers in my books, very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. I would recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning to all because I think they are very honest, knowledgeable, experienced and good value for your $$$............keep up the good work guys, I will definitely use this company in the future.

When my air conditioning went I decided to give Convertible a call having never heard of them but reading very good reviews. First contact was with Marnie who I found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions over the phone. We arranged to have her come to my home to confirm the estimate she had provided when we first spoke. Marnie arrived when she said she would, and once again spent the time explaining various details of the equipment and the install and answering all of my questions. She left me some material when I told her I would like to research the equipment before committing. Marnie was not pushy at all and encouraged me to take the time to read up on her company and the various air conditioners. The next day I booked the install. On the agreed upon day, Roop was the installer who came to my home on time and I also found him to be very know knowledgable and professional. He was alone and finished the work in approx 4 hours and also took time to answer all of my questions and show me the finished product once complete. I can honestly say that Convertibe has a new customer for all of my HVAC needs going forward. The only one thing that I was a bit surprised by was that they left all of the garbage with me to dispose of. I thought they would take it all away when they left, but I was left with a box of sheet metal, old cooper pipe, cardboard from the AC box, a wooden skid and various other things. Not a big deal but first time I've experienced something like this after purchasing something and having it installed. Thank you Marnie and Roop. Look forward to doing business again.

I first spoke to Marnie on the phone and she offered a straightforward price for the furnace and Water heater. She then came and did an onsite quote. The price ended up a little higher because of the work that needed to be done but it was still a good price. Adam and his partner showed up on time and did a great job. They worked hard, they responded to my questions and were very easy to work with. They took the time to do a neat and careful job so that both parts of the installation looked very good. The job took a little longer than they anticipated so they came back another day and finished the work. Convertible heating was a pleasure to work with and I was left with confidence that the job was well done.

Convertible was excellent. Hans, our technician, was punctual and quickly determined the problem. He showed and explained to me the problem in enough detail that I understood and could easily identify it if it ever happened again. He was friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.

Convertible was recommended by a family friend and we were so happy we went with them. Service guys were great best I ever seen they got the job done fast cleaned up and were very knowledgeable with tips. I recommend this company 10 star all the way

I got 4 quotes before picking Convertible HAC. Sean K was thorough, informative, professional, trustworthy. Sean was available by phone and by email, and answered all my questions quickly and patiently. The installation is perfect and there isn't a scrap of clean-up.

Our old A/C unit broke down and we decided to replace vs. repair. We called three diferent companies for advice and a quote. We met with Chris who was very knowledgable and helpful and provided a quote. We confirmed our order on Thursday and were given a Saturday install. On A very hot and humid Saturday Roop and Josh arrived on time and installed the new A/C unit. They were very professional and took the exact amount of time they said they would. Very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Chris and Convertible.

When our a/c quit, we called Convertible and a technician arrived 4 hours later, diagnosed the problem, and explained the options: repair or replace. Since the unit was 22 yrs. old & required R22 refrigerant, we elected to replace. We shopped other suppliers before deciding to go with Convertible Air Systems. The order was placed with Sean at 11:00am on a Wed. and he indicated the installation could be done the next day between 9:00am & 2:00pm. The installers, Dave & Craig arrived at 9:00am the next morning and the job was completed by noon. We're extremely satisfied with the prompt service, price and the American Standard unit that we chose. Dave & Craig were courteous, friendly & answered all our questions in addition to doing a thorough clean up and ensuring the unit was working properly before leaving. We have used Convertible previously when we replaced our furnace & would highly recommend them.
