Convertible Heating And Air Conditioning

Needed to replace my Furnace and AC as they are both quite old and rusted. Called Convertible for in-home consultation and some other Companies as well to shop around for product options and prices. Mike from Convertible has been great in answering most of my questions and been patient with the changes I have requested and the price was competitive with other companies. The installers arrived earlier than expected and the installation was done professionally. They installed my new thermostat as well and talked to me about the new equipment, how to operate them, and what to expect during its operation. Will definitely recommend to others! Well Done!

We had an 16 seer Amana air conditioner unit, line set & evaporator coil installed. The installers were polite, fast, efficient, took all the used items away and cleaned up after themselves. A great install as well as great a/c unit and at a great price. Thank you Convertible.

I had great experience replacing an old Navien unit (they are junk) with a new Rinnai Unit from Convertible. The sales staff was great and the install crew was top notch. The work was neat/ professional looking, they showed care for the home and made sure everything was cleaned when done. I would 100% use again and recommend to others!

The job was to replace an electric water heater with a tankless natural gas unit. The experience was positive from beginning to end -- knowledgeable and responsive sales staff, competitive pricing and an excellent install job by Rick and David. I'll return should I need anything else and have no qualms about referring my friends,

showed up on time, completed the task, kept the area in question tidy. Service guy was polite, cost was reasonable. Company will be considered for future work and recommendations to family and friends.

Marnie and her team of installers did a great job. Removed the old water heater and put it in my car so I could return it and become rent free! Very clear workers and an excellent clean install.

We were looking to replace our tank water heater, we were renting, with a tankless model. Called Convertible and got an appointment the next day for an onsite quote. Chris called me beforehand to say he was on his way. I asked Chris about the two different companies I was considering and he did an inspection and indicated that both were possible. He did not try to upsell, was very honest and I asked him for a recommendation between the two and he gave me his opinion. I would say the quote I received was very competitive. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in the time they had indicated. They were meticulous. First time I have done business with Convertible and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and recommend them to others. Great company to deal with.
