Housecleaning

Ugh, I bought a Living Social deal for with company when I moved, thinking they'd do a nice base cleaning on the new place. NOPE. They never ever answer their phone. Don't respond to emails. I've gotten ONE email from them, and it was them trying to up sell me. When I said no, they never got back to my questions about availability. Giant fail. I also complained to Living Social but they aren't paying any attention. Grrr.

Housecleaning Services

Purchased 10 x 2 hour sessions with Onsite Cleaning through LivingSocial. As with other reviewers, they tried to upsell me to a full house cleaning upon my initial booking. I said that I wasn't interested and just wanted my 2 hour cleaning as purchased. I was shocked to find out that I had to wait more than 2 months for the next available appointment for a 2 hour cleaning. Tried to book my remaining 9 appointments at that time and was told that it wasn't allowed with the package. Knew right away that I was going to have problems in redeeming my entire voucher before the expiration date.

A week before the scheduled cleaning date, I reached out to them to confirm what time I could expect them but received no response. Worked from home the day of the scheduled cleaning and no one showed up. I attempted to contact them numerous times that day by phone and by email and still no response. Have made numerous attempts to try to reschedule my appointment, and these guys don't even have the courtesy to call or email me back. Really don't understand how they stay in business. Truly unprofessional! Save yourself the trouble and do NOT do business with this company!!!

I hope that companies like LivingSocial and GroupOn stop offering the services of Onsite Cleaning on their websites. Their customers are being taken advantage of by this horrible company and they should do a better job of screening participating businesses.

Lesson learned: check out online reviews of the company before purchasing any so-called "deals" on LivingSocial or GroupOn.

Cleaners

Bought a 3-3hour cleaning session and they came the first time, trying to book subsequent session and its been a month and they havent returned my calls or emails it been over a month. Would never recommend this company, They should be ashamed of themselves and go out of business. Disgusting people with bad practices.

House Cleaning

Paid for 10 sessions of 2-hours of cleaning. I have had 1 session in 4 months. Do NOT book with this company!!! They do not keep appointments, are impossible to reach, and it is a waste of your money and time. Over 30 e-mails just to get 1 appointment!!!! NOT EVEN KIDDING! There should be a negative star, not just zero for this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID

home cleaning

Very dissatisfied with the service. I purchased 3 groupon cleanings. Every time I had booked an appointment I received a call that they would cancel. Final was able to get two cleanings but took a year! I have sent many emails with my disappointment . I still have one outstanding and its over a year now that I have purchased the Groupon. Would never do that again!!!

2hr Clean w groupon

WASTE OF MONEY

Worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I purchased a 2 hour clean through Groupon for what I thought was a great deal in January, 2012.

I initially made the appointment for Saturday Feb 11 @ 10am. I also informed the company that I had a flight to catch that afternoon, so the timing would be important. By 12:30pm no one had shown. I attempted to call to inform On-Site that I would need to reschedule, but could only reach an answering machine. The cleaner finally arrived at 1:15pm. I apologized (?!) and explained the situation. She told me that she would clean my place "really quickly". No thanks.

Upon my return, I attempted to reschedule. The rescheduling process was a ridiculous ordeal where a date was suggested to me over email and by the time I replied, the date was no longer available. I requested on more than one occasion to be contacted by phone. This request was repeatedly ignored. I attempted to call many times on my own and left several message. These were never returned. After over THIRTY email exchanges, we settled on a date and time - early afternoon May 12th (over THREE MONTHS after I first attempted to schedule an appointment!)

The cleaners arrived for the 2-hour clean at 4pm on May 12 (NOT early afternoon). After 40 minutes of cleaning, they informed me that they were finished. Since they were done so early, I asked if they could wipe down the table and chairs on my balcony. They refused and left.

The clean they did was mediocre at best - they only wiped down shelves that could be seen at eye-level, and completely ignored everything higher. They vacuumed but didn't wash the floor. They completely ignored my appliances. They didn't seem to touch my kitchen table. They left my toilet bowl full of dirty wads of toilet paper.

I did more work prepping for the clean than they did actually cleaning!

I contacted Nadinie Sidi, the Sales and Customer Relations rep, about my experience. She apologized and asked for a number where I could be reached to discuss things further. I provided my number, but never received a call.

At this point I was furious, but had no interest in interacting with this company further so decided to cut my losses.

Cut to November 2013 when I start receiving almost-daily spam from On-Site about new "deals". Giving them a final chance to redeem SOME semblance of credibility, I sent one last email explaining my experience. No reply. I may as well have flushed my cash straight down the toilet with their dirty rags.

2 cleaning sessions with groupn

These pepople are horrible and take your money and don't show up. They don't answer their phone, make up excuses for missed visits, rebook visits and don't show up again and again. They are the worst ever. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau . THey should be shut down.

ON-SITE Cleaning

Purchased a Groupon for 2 x 2 hour cleaning. Same as most other reviews, i wanted to book an appointment and was being up-sold additional hours. When i finally made it clear i was only interested in the 2 hour appointments i was scheduled an appointment 3 months later and a subsequent one 4 months from the time i had requested. The first appointment in November came and went without a call or email, when i inquired about it i was told the cleaner was sick, which i see in a few of these reviews. They offered to reschedule, which i attempted both by email and by phone and did not hear back. Second appointment was scheduled for Dec 20th, came and went without a call or email. I complained to Groupon a few days ago about the original appointment so they said they will contact On-Site to get in touch with me. I just received an email from OnSite asking if i would like to schedule a cleaning appointment, ignoring the whole situation all together and treating me like i am a new customer looking for a cleaning service.

The responses to peoples complaints are laughable. They are all very similar, and it's always the customers fault somehow etc... "your number was wrong, your address was unclear, we tried to get in touch, we are sorry you had a negative experience" If the Groupon's are not enough money for you to honor them you should stop offering them for sale... Do not waste your money people.

house cleaning

They sold me $240.00 for $79.00 (through a groupon) -. 2 - 2hours cleaning sessions. Then they offered an additional hours for $20.00! They are impossible to reach, constantly cancelled appointments for cleaning and when they finally showed up (one person for three hours) - I heard the vacum run for maybe 20 minutes, and she never filled her bucket with water - the floors were dirty, etc., etc. It was a terrible waste of money.... they owe me another 2 hour cleaning (I would never pay for the additional hour at this point) and they have cancelled at the last minute serveral times! I am still trying to book the second apointment which was paid for last January!

3x2 Hour House Cleaning (Groupon)

I purchased the cleaning through Groupon. My first 2 hour cleaning I paid extra to get the whole house cleaned and was not very impressed. So I tried to book just a 2 hour cleaning and could not get an evening or weekend appointment. So I booked a daytime appointment 2 months in advance. The day of the appointment I took the morning off work only to find out the cleaner called in sick after i waited for an hour for them to show up. If I did not call I would not have known. I am now fighting to get my money back but they refuse to answer the phone or respond to emails.

Do not book them,

FYI - I complained to groupon and they refuned my purchase to a groupon credit. Thank you groupon
