They quickly came back to fix a defective part even though it was on a plumbing fixture that I had purchased and they had installed. We had two renovations completed: one simple and one complex. The simple reno was a complete refresh on a twenty five year old bathroom. The redesign was completed in three days. The complex Reno involved moving walls along with extensive electrical and plumbing work. Both turned out great, and we are pinching ourselves over the remodels.
Mark and his crew were professional and masters at their craft. Marks ideas added much pop to the finished project. As the customer, we choose what aspects to be heavily involved in, while other aspects we confidently gave the reins over to Marks team. We encountered one glitch which quickly became a non-issue as it was altered immediately.

Excellent ceiling, tiling and installation of new appliances by Versatile Renovations! Herb and Trista were very helpful providing me with an estimate within my budget. Mark and Denys were phenomenal executing the plan. Their versatile skillsets and dedication to quality until the work was completed are a testament to the companys values: providing the customer with a quality service. I had hired Versatile in 2019 to do a bathroom renovation and was impressed by their focus on quality. The kitchen reno left me with the same feeling: this is a company that I can highly recommend to customers interested in a quality bathroom or kitchen renovation at a reasonable price.

Amazing experience. When we first met Herb he was on-time, knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. We worked back and fourth with Trista for the weeks after that while we got things organized and items picked out for the renovation. Once all of the items were selected, we were quickly scheduled to have our work done. Trista was also exceptionally patient while dealing with some of the suppliers who struggled to deliver things to the correct address.
The contractors went above and beyond - the communication was excellent, they found a scratch on our tub before installing it and handled the exchange on our behalf. While the work was being done, the house was kept clean, the work was done quickly and properly and the finished product is sensational. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

In terms of scope of work, they did a complete bathroom remodel, replaced all of the plumbing in the house, installed a hot water tank and a water softener. The house was functional by the end of the first week, and I think the remaining touches were finished about a week later. 100% recommend without reservations.

Herb, Trista and their crew completed a bathroom reno for us in March-April of 2023. Herb is passionate about his work, proud of his high regard for customer service and was collaborative through the entire process. All of his crew guys are hard-working and professional. Trista was also deeply involved and helpful through every step of the project, managing the logistics and dealing with the suppliers.

My mom who lives in Bonvista had her main bathroom redone it was old like 1972. Replaced floor, tub & re-tiled, changed toilet, facets & lights.
Absolutely more than 10 stars. Started on time, cleaned up after. Great Company I totally recommend this company.

Joey has come out a couple of times to perform some repairs on our mobile home - (insulation, heat tape and recently a water line leak).
He has always been prompt, courteous, clean and did a great job explaining why and what needs repairs (i.e. lots of pictures for us).

Trista has been consistently pleasant and accommodating to us over the phone - we have recommended Versatile many times to our neighbors - they must already know about Joey as we see him in the park a lot !

Dennis and Michael did a great job on creating a bathroom in the basement and renovating the primary bathroom. We were very pleased with this company and the work they do. The tile work is beautiful, they started and finished the project on time and arrived everyday on time with no delays. They did a great cleanup everyday before they left. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.
