Versatile Renovations

We found Versatile Renovations on your Home Star website. I contacted Trista at Versatile Renovations to get some info regarding a complete reno for our downstairs bathroom. I was very impressed with Trista's professionalism and knowledge, so I booked a quote with Herb. Herb was great! He was very knowledgeable and honest. We had several other quotes and found Versatile to be the best.
Our renos went from March-April,2023. The two fellas that did our reno were Denis and Michael. We can't say enough about these two fellas. They were awesome! Their quality of workmanship was excellent! The fellas were always on time, answered any questions we had, and did great clean-ups at the end of each shift. A bonus was that the guys loved our two dogs and our dogs loved them. The reno took about 11 days and the shower door was 3 weeks. It was worth the wait. I love my new bathroom! The best room in the house. Can't wait to get the other two bathrooms done. For sure we'll be contacting Herb, Trista, and the the team again. I highly recommend Versatile Renovations to others!

This is our second project with Versatile. The experience with these guys never disappoints. They demo'ed, laid down the flooring and did a superb job on our laundry room in just 2 days! Per usual, their track record for speedy, QUALITY and clean post-reno work is unblemished. Mark is our guy who did all the heavy lifting for this project. I cannot praise him enough for his excellent work on our laundry room floors. If you are a homeowner like us, we highly recommend you give this company a try. This was the second bathroom we had renovated by Versatile Renovations and once again they didnt disappoint. Their workmanship was excellent and the entire crew were friendly and kept us updated throughout the reno. Using their experience they were able to recommend things like adding matching countertop on the half pony wall rather than replacing with existing wood topper; small idea but great look now. Each day before leaving they did a thorough clean and you couldnt even tell they were working in our house. Really appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness thoroughout the project. Was also great using recommended vendors and getting discounts passed on; we were able to get some items that would have been outside our budget. They also painted the bathroom and the painter used was excellent and friendly. Would highly recommend. Some before and after photos.

Hard to know where to start with our review of Versatile Renovations. How about we start with the people.

Herb you are a rock star! You have assembled an all-star team which includes Trista, Mark, Joey, Josh, and Michael. The team was always polite, respectful, friendly, on time and didnt leave until everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. They treated our home like they would their own.

In the past weve had renovation experiences that made me us ask ourselves, what have we got ourselves into? I think everyone has been there at least once. Instead, Herb and his team made us feel that without a doubt we made the right decision by choosing Versatile for our 3 bathroom project and were in very good hands.

Id also like to make a shout out to Trista who Im sure the team will attest to is the Boss of the operation. She was available to answer all our questions and kept us in the loop at all times. Her professionalism throughout is a testament to how Versatile Renovations works with their customers and is a definite key to their success.

The quality of the work performed by Mark was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. We couldnt be happier with the end result.

Thank you to Mark and Michael for the wonderful job renovating our new ensuite bathroom. They removed a wall in between jacuzzi tub and shower, replaced with free standing tub and stand alone shower and installed new cabinetry. The tile work is perfection! They went above and beyond by cleaning up after each day, taking all of the day's waste, not to mention a list too long to mention that most others would not even think of doing. They were personable and professional throughout the process. Thank you to Trista and Herb for getting the work started early.

Herb, Trista, Mark & Mike are always professional and efficient. They completed the reno within the timeline given and cleaned our home on a daily basis. Their integrity shows in everything they do. We have booked them for the rest of our home renovations.

So thrilled with our bathroom reno from Versatile renovations. Found their customer service excellent and promptness to questions really helpful. We had some issues with the old bathroom that pipes were freezing and we were able to source the location and ensure it was well insulated. The past 3 weeks in Calgary have been extremely cold and there have been no issues with the plumbing like we had before.
They provided a few great suggestions like adding an extra light in the shower (so glad we did) and using the tile for the baseboards (so much easier to clean). In addition to all this our renovation from start to finish took only a week! Looking forward to using them again in the future for our renovation ideas
