As a realtor, I always recommend Moe and his team for water treatment equipment, in addition to well and water treatment inspections. His knowledge, expertise and service are second to none! Incredible knowledge of water conditions all throughout Eastern Ontario.

We were so impressed with Canadian Water Inspection Services. The pump in our well died on a Sunday afternoon. We called Moe. He had someone at our house within a couple of hours. The man he sent was friendly but very professional. He did not leave until everything was working perfectly. We loved the service and attention we got from Moe, his associates and Canadian Water Inspection Services!!!!!!!!! We would recommend him any time.

I woke up one morning with no water. Moe sent someone out right away, the problem was diagnosed and a new well pump installed. Moe followed up the next day to be sure everything was all right. This is the second time I have called on Moe. He answers right away and is there when he says he will be.

Moe came to the rescue with an install of UV Water Purification system and two tests within a 72 hr period to help close the deal. All work was done quickly and professionally. Very satisfied with the results.

Our well pump broke just after 10pm on a Sunday night, leaving our house without any running water. I called Moe and left a message, expecting to hear back sometime Monday morning. Not only did Moe call back that same night, one of his technicians came out to the house and stayed until well after midnight assessing the problem.
A new pump was ordered and installed in less than 15 hours after the old pump died. I couldn't have asked for better service, more knowledgeable technicians or a better price.

We met with 5 companies that sell and install residential water treatment systems. What sold us on going with Moe Rayyes rather than his competitors is his commitment to customer service. We have not been disappointed. The day after installation, we had a slight leak in one of the lines. He responded immediately and sent a service tech to fix the problem. We had our kitchen renovated, which meant that the new R/O system had to be removed. Moe responded to our request to reinstall the R/O. His service tech is excellent. While this is our first experience with water softener, iron/sulphur filter, R/O and UV light, we have been extremely pleased with the way the equipment works.

We would have given 10. The only slight negative was that we appreciate punctuality. If you say you will be at the house at a certain time, you ensure that you are or you phone and explain why you won't be.

This company inspected and fixed my well after I moved in my new house. I really appreciated their professionalism but what helped me the most is the after services. I just had to call Moe the owner of the company and he would always take time to educate me on my system and or answer my questions. I really recommend using them.

I recently bought a house and Moe of Canadian Water Inspection Services performed a well and water treatment system inspection. He advised me that the system in the house would be insufficient for my families needs and recommended we invest in a newer system. After leaving me with information of the products that he offered , I requested several quotes form different companies to find comparable items and pricing. Eventually a friend recommended someone who indeed installed a water treatment system, however this system did not perform adequately. I contacted Moe to see if he could help. He was exceptional, he immediately came to our house to assess the problem gave us sound advice encouraging us to work with the installed system rather than trying to push another product on to us. In hindsight I wish I had gone with Moe to start with, he has great customer service, his company is very efficient and timely, honest and fair. I would definitely recommend Canadian Water Inspection to a friend and will be using them to service and look after my system
