Alan, the company representative, who dealt with me was so polite and professional. My order came earlier than the promised date. I was impressed with the installers.who did an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaning up the mess. An inspector came after an hour to check on their work. Job well done and highly recommendable!

The old windows were replaced by vinyl Pro. The installers were professional, came on time and finished the job well. the left the place clean before they left. And the new windows look good.

The estimator was punctual, friendly, and accurate. Windows were ordered and they called for an install appointment. Installers showed up early in the morning and were very fast. Nice guys, worked very clean, and took 1 1/2 days to do all windows in the bungalow. There was not a single bit of garbage or debris left behind.. you would not even know they were there. VERY VERY impressed. Excellent workmanship. Some windows were in stucco walls and they caulked and edged these in perfectly.

From walking into the showroom to final installation, the Vinyl Pro team were unflaggingly professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. In July, we had all our upstairs windows replaced, which included a bay window and an unusually large patio window and door. We also had our two entry doors replaced. All the windows and doors, except for the patio door and window, were replaced in one day. The patio door and window was replaced on another day. The quality of workmanship and product were first rate. The installers quickly addressed any problems we noticed and were very clean. They even modified our old storm doors to fit with the two new entry doors; frankly, the storm doors fit better and look better now than they did when our house was new. When the new doors revealed gaps in our previously installed laminate flooring, they covered the holes with extra material so that the fit and finish looked perfect. The house is noticeably more quiet and cool this summer with the new, triple pane windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vinyl Pro Windows and Doors.

We had all our windows replaced recently by Vinyl Pro. The sales pitch by Pavlo was positive, confident and professional, not pushy or aggressive at all. The windows are beautiful and high quality, installed professionally, quickly and cleanly. The installers, Michael and Vital (sorry if I misspelled your names) were polite, fast, efficient and thorough. All our questions were answered and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. We feel pretty confident that we chose the right company and we would recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth window replacement process.

We had two large Bay windows installed with Vinyl Pro Windows & Doors. It took less than three days. The installers were really courteous, thorough, and hard workers. Everything was spic and span when they left. Company representative came and monitored the installation quality through the whole process. They look great!!

Sale rep (Victor) showed up on time and very informative. We never felt being rushed to make a decision. Installers (Denis and his team) were great at answering our concerns. Very polite and hardworking. When the bay window base was found out rotted, Denis quickly informed us and rebuild it properly. I would definitely recommend them and use them for our future door replacement project.

The 2 installers (Vitali and Michael) were very personable and hardworking. They did an awesome job on the install and it was done sooner than I expected. I look foward to using Vinyl Pro's services again next year for other projects
