Splurged on an expensive high quality triple pane, glazed, sun tolerant installed window. We were happy with the service and it looked great. . . Until a crack appeared from top to bottom the year after. They claim to have the best warranty around. When I called and explained the situation, the person told me that if I read the fine print on the back, they do not cover breakage of any kind. I asked him why the glass would spontanously break and he said glass doesn't. He wouldn't come down and even look at it. He was snickering a little throughout the conversation because he knew there was nothing I could do. He didn't care to rectify the situation at all. He said he could replace the glass at my cost. . . About another 1000. I'm not giving him another penny , especially if there is no guarantee. Two other companies I contacted to come and fix it were surprised thAt they would've repair the window. They even said to try asking Vinyl pro again because these companies felt that it should be under warranty . One of the companies said that they would even write them stating that there was no misuse on our part and there was a flaw in the product. But Vinyl pro has no intention of fixing this. So my 3200$ window is now $4200. I guess that if the product is not faulty , it's good. If there are problems, you are screwed. It's a gamble with this company. We won't be taking a gamble with Vinyl pro again. Can't afford it!
