My wife and I asked Good Looking Homes to rebuild some very poorly constructed steps at the side of our house. The men arrived when scheduled, disassembled the steps and rebuilt them. In the middle of that job, they offered to reset an interlocking stone path for a small increase in the cost. As it turns out, the path was far more complicated than either my wife or I or Liam and his men could have imagined. They were forced to spend twice as long on the job as they expected, returning on a weekend to finish it. Throughout, all of the men were polite, courteous and exceedingly professional. The work was excellent and we would have no problem recommending them to any one seeking assistance on a similar project.

We wanted to add a stone patio area in our backyard off our deck so we could entertain more family this summer. In the quoting process we encountered the usual cast of characters: the companies that don't answer their phone or return calls, companies with low quotes and no references or other way of judging trustworthiness, companies with extravagant quotes, etc.

Liam of good looking homes answered his phone when I called, made arrangements to come see the site expeditiously, and provided us with a reasonably priced and detailed quote. Further GLH's had an established reputation and through sites like Home Stars we were able to determine how satisfied their customers are. It was largely based on good reviews here that we decided to hire them, and we are glad we did.

After hiring GLH's they started the job quickly, showed up on time, did the work properly and cleaned up after. With this type of project, issues do come up once you excavate, and we did encounter some issues with levelling the patio. Liam and his crew came up with a cost effective solution that kept us on budget and turned out a great looking patio. We have received several compliments on it already from neighbours.

After putting in the patio, based on the changes we had made, we needed to re-sod the backyard. Liam helped us find someone to do it, and as an added bonus, negotiated a great price on our behalf.

We are very happy with the results of our project and the service we received and would have no hesitation hiring GLH's again.

Liam and company built us the dream deck we have always wanted with a hot tub enclosure. I called Good Looking Homes in February after calling three other fence repair companies. The only one that returned my call was Liam and I advised him that part of my side fence had deteriorated and fell over as a result of heavy winds we experienced. Two posts had snapped off at the bottom. That same day he sent Stewart and we came to an agreement to repair the fence as soon as the weather would agree with us. Liam was constantly in contact with me and then as the weather improved he set up a day that was agreeable to both of us. Stewart and another employee came on a Saturday about three weeks later and finished the job. He even re-spaced the boards on the length of the fence so it wouldn't fall over in a wind storm again. I just wanted to thank all that were involved.

Thanks to Good Looking Homes I didn't have to pull down my old deck and replace it. My back deck was in really bad shape and I thought I'd have to get a new one. The crew came by, tested it for safety, and told me it didn't need replacement. What a relief. They cleaned it, put it new nails where needed , did some sanding and it came out like new wood. I couldn't believe the difference. It was then stained and sealed. . My deck looks really amazing and I was so happy with the results I had them do the same with my shed. Great job done. They could have made a lot more money by telling me the deck needed to be replaced. I respect and appreciate their honest and integrity. The guys are very polite and professional. I will definitely have them back again.

I am really happy with the job completed by Good Looking Homes. The final product looks amazing, better than what I was expecting for the price. They did a great job talking me through what they intended to do and didnt waste anytime. They finished the job in only two days and didnt seem bothered by the rather cold temperatures which i found admirable. I will definitly call these guys again in the future.

GLH did an amazing job, cleaning and repairing the backyard deck. They showed up on time, finished the work on schedule and left the place spotless. The patio furniture was put back nicely. I would definitely use their services again.

Liam's man came when expected, did all the moving of the patio furniture, BBQ, etc. and pressure washed/sealed the the back deck and patio stone. Everthing looked brand new, thanks Liam.
