We moved into a new home in the winter and needed new wooden rails installed on then steps leading up to the porch. The contractor I had lined up kept standing me up and I was left in a bind. I needed these rails in a pinch because I have 3 young children who need to be safe going up and down the stairs to our home. I called several companies for this job to hear "sorry, it's too small a job" or "we could do it in a few months..." Obviously, not answers I was looking for. Then, Liam answered his phone when I called. He was responsive and accommodating. The job was done within two weeks; it was done well, efficiently and with a smile. Liam's team is excellent. The guys even recommended a few other minor fixes around the property, which were fixed the same day. Other companies need to take note of what proper customer service is - I wouldn't hesitate to hire Good Looking Homes in the future. Also, I have to mention that this is the type of company that cares about their clients...something that I find valuable. It's not just a mindless job to them, which I definitely appreciate.
