The service was exceptionally good. Fred thoroughly investigated our problem with the heating in our home, even getting in contact with the manufacturer of our unit, and repaired the system quickly. The heating no longer worked. It needed a new capacitor, and Fred also discovered a loose wire, along with some sloppy work to begin with.
