I first came across OGC online when we were searching for someone to help us with your Kitchen reno.

Our first initial meetings went well. They visited us in-home, took measurements and took the time to understand our vision for the project. The recommendations they came back with were the most thorough and thoughtful and we ended up liking it the most out of all the contractors we reached out to. We even got to see a render in 3D before any work started which was nice.

We understood that the kitchen area of our home needed to be occupied during the renovation so we set our expectations around that and I must say, the professionalism, commitment and dedication to ensuring we were happy along the way and loved the finished look was very pleasing given the complexity of the project.

We used OGC to renovate our main floor and create an open concept on our recently purchased home. The end product turned out much better than expected!

What was shown to us with the 3D render design sold us on the project with the company, but the finished product was much nicer than we had thought. As this was our first major overhaul, we were not quite sure what to expect.

Nick and the sales team were great to deal with in the beginning, but Andrew and the project management team were really who turned our dream renovation into reality.

The project was estimated at 3months and was finished in just over 2months which was a bonus for us to take the extra time to move our family and furniture back home at our leisure.

Ottawa General Contractors helped my family recover our home after a fire that consumed one of the wings. I was very adamant from the beginning that I needed it to look as close to exactly like the other wing as possible, and I wasn’t interested unless they could manage that. I was satisfied with the estimate they gave me and with the confidence they showed when we first met to discuss the repairs. I am satisfied with the work they did at that price. I may have to wait a few seasons for the look of the two wings to truly match, but they got every construction detail just right.

OGC was not my original choice for my home addition, but they impressed me after my first choice decided to increase their estimate right before construction was about to begin. I called OGC, and they got things sorted fast enough that they started on the same day the other team would have started. They finished on the same deadline, and though the services cost a little more, I don’t doubt it’s better than the work my first choice would done.
