Absolutely amazing experience

From the top-down, Phil and Randy were excellent and thorough inspectors

They went through every inch in the house to identify all the defaults in the home and the comprehensive report that they provide you clearly state all of the possible issues that your home needs addressed

I strongly recommend Phil and Randy to anyone that needs an inspection in general and/or has any worries about their home and its functionality

First off, they were responsive and accommodating when setting up the appointment.

When the appointment came, Phil and Randy were there early and got started right away. Their friendly nature made it easy to ask any questions I had throughout but it wasn't necessary to ask too many because of how thorough they were.

Because they work as a pair, inspection was done in around half the time others take (1.5 hrs. vs. 2.5-3), which saved me time. Inspection report with pictures were sent to me the same evening, along with an email from Phil offering to answer any follow-up questions we had.

Very pleased from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We had requested Phil and his team for inspection of our first home. Phil and his team was punctual and started the inspection on the time that was agreed upon. Phil is professional and in my experience a very good home inspector. Phil was thorough and identified issues which we would not have found otherwise. As I am a first time home buyer Phil took the time to show the pictures and explain to me about the issues observed and also helped me understand the severity of the issue. Phil and his team provided the inspection report within 24hours.

Phil provided a detailed home inspection and report. He was able to identify issues which we wouldnt have found for ourselves on our Tarion 30 day list. Money well spent to make sure any issues for your new house is identified and fixed by the builder.

Phil and Randy arrived on time and began the inspection right away. I mostly followed Phil around as he checked various systems in the house.

I thought they were very professional and super knowledgeable about everything I asked about. Even though they were a team of two and I could only follow one person I never felt like I missed out on seeing any part of the house. They both made sure I understood everything they found and answered all of my questions.

We had a previous home inspection about 10 years ago with another company that was only 1 person and took about half the time Phil and Randy did. So with this inspection I really felt like it was thorough and we received great value.

Phil and his team came to my home on Friday to perform a 1 year home inspection for our Tarion warranty. There were on time, efficient, walked me through what should be provided by the builder, what shouldnt etc. They did a thorough job ensuring our home was kept to Tarion code and provide a great report afterwards with detailed information and pictures.
