Phil and Randy's services surpassed my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what I was getting into with a pre-construction home. Phil and Randy were extremely helpful in preparing me for the Tarion 30-day submission. They were professional with their process and explained all the defects that were found with the home.
