I really appreciate the inspection work done 2nd year now. This time was special cause I gave Phil a short notice before my due date to submit a warranty form, he really helped me to make the inspection done next day.
The details of the inspection, the final summary and the way they organized the inspection final package was fantastic.

It was my pleasure to conduct a return inspection of your home this week. I noted that there were several issues from the first inspection that were not resolved by the builder. It is important to communicate with the builder your expectation that issues need to be resolved correctly and in a timely manner.
