Buyer's Edge Home Inspection provided a sober, clear and concise picture of the current condition of the home. The attention to detail was exceptional and we were provided with good knowledge of what kinds of issues to be on the lookout for within the next 5-10 years. The report provided to us included all comments and pictures from the inspection as well as background information and potential issues regarding materials, construction etc.

Mike is very professional and has an excellent expertise in electrical ,structural components and HVAC systems of the house . He is very patient and courteous answers all your questions and explains any issues noticed during inspection. The inspection report is very concise includes pictures and notes/suggestions for improvement.

Mike was great, felt very comfortable right from the beginning until we said good bye. He's very knowledgable about everything that has to do with a home. Answers any question honestly and keeps it simple. Mike inspected a poor window installation I had done 1.5 years ago and was having constant water leaking issues when it got cold outside, didn't take Mike long to find numerous problems that all contributed to my water leaking issues. Mike had all the right equipment with him to do his job properly and competently. The installer that performed the job was standing there while Mike was showing how not to do his job, the installer was dumb founded and speechless. Nice to have a guy like Mike to go to bat for you against these companies. Mikes final report was thorough with great pictures and explanations of all the problem areas. Mike is a very knowledgeable and professional inspector. It was almost -30 and he still climbed to check the roof. He spent more than enough time to explain things to us in a way that we can simply understand. He knows all the things to check and it did not take him too long to notice things we could've ever find.

It's -18 c in Calgary, Mike still climbed up to check the roof ! He checked all the details of the house, also explained the observations and comments clearly during the inspection. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I do recommend him, especially the buyers who need home inspection.

Excellent, thorough inspection. I felt comfortable with his comments. He has given us 2 years to go back and ask questions which is good. He checked the roof, the furnace, the water tank, all the bathrooms, outside, the garage, the garage room. He explained everything. He has given us a detailed report. Really works for the customer.

Mike the inspector, was on site before our scheduled time. He spent 3+ hours checking all parts of the house including a possible water leak, boiler issue and other not obvious items.
