I have employed HomeStars at least 7 or 8 times during the past few years when searching for contractors and have found in every case that I was able to write a favourable review when the work was completed.

First, their price was competitive (not the lowest) but the tipping point in their favour was the unqualified positive nature of the reviews offered by previously satisfied customers. Second, they were on time for their initial, measuring appointment. The scope of their detailed measurements was impressive. Third, they were on time and extremely professional during the installation and cleanup. Fourth, a small problem developed shortly after installation. The problem was solved perfectly and once again promptly.
