I am a first time buyer with all the usual anxieties about the purchase I am about to embark on. I hired Sean Wiens for my home inspection and I was very happy with every aspect of his service. When I first contacted him for an appointment I was still uncertain about some aspects of my purchase and he was very flexible in accommodating any changes that might have come up in process. On site, Sean was super friendly and engaging, and took time to explain his findings to me. He encouraged me to go back to the seller's agent to insist on a copy of an important building envelope report that I had previously been told (and naively taken as fact) was not available as part of the strata documents. I did receive the report in the end which Sean kindly reviewed and commented on, allowing me to make a more informed decision.
