Do not hire this company. Our story is consistent with other reviewers on this site. The owner lacks integrity. We were somewhat luckier than some of the others on this site. Gonzalo's crew finished the job though the start was delayed several times and Gonzalo was hard to reach after we paid him the deposit. We hired him to replace our roof, eaves-troughs, downspouts. The work was supposedly guaranteed for 10 years (we have a written warranty for the work) but good luck getting him to return if you encounter problems. In our case the eaves-troughs along one side of our house started to separate away from the house almost immediately after completion. We called him immediately and he agreed to come by to inspect the concern and fix the problem but never did. Our story is similar to the others, failing to show-up for scheduled appointments, not picking-up our calls, failure to respond to voice messages. We lodged a complaint with the BBB which he also failed to respond to. There was no happy ending here. I hope this review prevents someone else from encountering the same problem.
