Best experience we have ever had with renos. Eno and his installers are amazing! From start to finish it was a joyful experience. I never lost confidence. We've worked with Eno at Parada on three projects; two bathrooms and our kitchen. Which speaks to how much we like him, and Slavic, the awesome contractor he works with. Our projects have been on budget, and pretty much on-time. We would definitely recommend him.

TO PARADA KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS

Recently my husband and I moved into an older condo fully realizing we would need to renovate the kitchen to provide more cupboard and counter space to accommodate our needs and improve efficiency for cooking, as well as update the look to provide a pleasant atmosphere while doing kitchen tasks.
Being on a fixed income, my husband and I had to work with a limited budget and PARADA KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS was able to meet our needs, do a fabulous job using quality materials and workmanship, and start and complete the renovation in a very reasonable amount of time staying within the time-lines first set out when we contracted to have the renovation done by PARDA KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS.
Having gone through one kitchen renovation many years ago which took months to complete, we were fully prepared to endure the same situation again. Imagine our total surprise when, after meeting to plan our new kitchen with Eno Bushi our designer and contractor from PARADA KITCHENS and BATHROOMS, we received a call to say our kitchen installation would be ready two weeks earlier than we had expected.
After arranging a time with the installer from PARADA KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS, to remove the old kitchen cabinets and dispose of the old cabinets, then do the installation of new the kitchen cabinets as we had arranged, we were set to start. We had sufficient time to complete the preparations that needed to be done before the cabinet installation was to start, and after one week the kitchen area was prepared for the installation of the cabinets. The cabinet installers came on time as we had arranged. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Within one week the installation of the new cabinets was completed and after a second week the tile work for the back splash was completed as well. Our kitchen looked fabulous and was ready to use. To this day our renovated kitchen has been both efficient and a joy to use and we have received many complements on our new kitchen from friends and family who have had the opportunity to both see and use our new kitchen.
In addition, my husband and I had also discussed plans for replacing the counter tops in our bathrooms at a later date but due to the high quality of workmanship and the very reasonable cost of designing and installing our kitchen, we were able to complete this renovation as well, immediately following the kitchen renovation.

My 1970s condo bathroom needed a complete tear down and upgrade.
I was pleased with the suggestions and advice that I recieved from Eno Bushi(owner/contractor) He was very helpful and the job was down on schedule and within budget. Throughout the process Eno kept a watchful eye. Slavic,who did the reno was always punctual,
knowledgeable and very good.His work is exceptional.
