These movers will say anything to get your money and break your things and then not take responsibility.. AVOID at all costs.

We used Maple Leaf Movers for our residential move (3 bedroom home). The move to the new house took about 8 hours which included a stop at our storage unit. The guys (AJ, Rajan, Tej) were very professional and friendly, and took good care of all of our items. Despite a complete downpour that afternoon, they kept working until the job was done! My only recommendation would be to indicate which moving services would have to be requested in advance right on the website. (For example, wardrobe boxes must be requested in advance). Would definitely recommend this company for your move!

We are fully satisfied with the moving service provided by Jitendra and Harpal from Maple Leaf Movers. They were very professional, quick and careful with all our belongings. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable moving company.

I booked them for moving from 10 to 12. Also booked service elevator for the same time. They returned my call at 10:15 informing that the guys will be there in 30 -40 mins.
The guys who came finally were nice, helpful and respectful.
BUT 1 HOUR DELAY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.ESP when I was running on a very tight time schedule.
No complaints against the guys who came.

I booked Maple Leaf Movers 2 weeks in advance of my move. All I needed was 2 people to offload a truck. It was confirmed for 11am and I was told no need to follow up. When 10:45am rolled around and no one had contacted me (as I was told they would do) I called the company and no one picked up. It took me called 3 more times and leaving multiple voicemails for them to call me back half an hour later to tell me that the movers were "running late" and would be an hour and a half. With the elevator only booked for 2 hours this obviously wouldn't work. I was told that the phone number they had on file was incorrect and they didn't have any other way to contact me to tell me. Even though I had been emailing with Rick and provided my cell number in the email to him. I was told they would call me back and see if they could get anyone here sooner but didn't get a phone call back until after 12:30pm and no voicemail when I didn't pick up. By that time we had begun to unload the truck so I was occupied. No follow up, no show up, no apologies just excuses. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
