We hired Brent on a referral from a friend. At first things were good but at the end all the fixes took way too long. Now that we are in warranty and paid for a full year of service on the pool he has been totally unresponsive and disconnected the phone we had. All in our circle that hired him have the same issue. He went to claim awards for our yards but a picture doesn't take care of client service or follow up.

This is one of these unfortunate situations where we are in contact with the respondents wife more than the reviewer and because of that this review is currently under investigation. The investigation will outline the following.
The quote does not state nor did we agree to a full year of service. We gave this client service during construction and until the end of the season at no cost.
We are more than happy to share all correspondence, to anyone that asks, with the client showing we responded to all deficiency lists given to us at the end of the project.
We also were given added work/changes to contract mid project which added to completion time.
We sent out an email to this clients wife and himself that explained that we were changing our cell phone systems but our main number would remain the same. We also added a receptionist who has her own email which all existing clients were given.
We have been in touch with his wife and at this point only have two outstanding lights that needed to be fixed that went out during the winter. With the current weather patterns we are just now starting work and have informed his wife of this.
In the end it was a beautiful project that won 2 awards both for design and construction. We have always responded to there requests. We are having this review investigated because many of the statements above are untrue. This is unfortunate as we did meet all the clients requests and as we said are just now able to start work.
