We replaced carpets on 2 levels with engineered hardwood. Benwood gave us a very competitive quote and we are very satisfied with the choice. Sharon at the showroom/office was friendly, professional and very helpful. The owner Greg provided the quote in person and made several recommendations for us after answering all of our questions in person. Greg provided an efficient experienced installation crew and was present to inspect and provide the finishing touches of custom staining transitions. We recently decided to replace the tired looking carpet in our living room and main entrance stairway. Our decision was to go with hardwood because of the look and long term durability. After attending this years’ home and garden show, we had several estimates done and went with Benwood Interiors. We are very, very pleased with the end result! The staff at Benwood are knowledgeable, friendly, and just great people to deal with. It's clear that they have a passion for what they do! They have a huge selection of product to choose from and experienced people to assist in making a choice should you have difficulty doing so. They know their line of work/product extremely well and replied to our many questions with detail and patience. We had all new carpet throughout our new home and removed and up dated our back splash and finally added new tile/lino product. The service was excellent! All the finished products look beautiful! The price quote was exact and the time line was followed and completed on time and on budget.

The show room has a ton of beautiful selections and the Sharon was extremely helpful.

Once the project began Gregg and his staff were always on time and worked continuously until the job was complete. Now, I have to comment specifically on the quality on the work done. The experience with Benwood was awesome from start to finish. Gregg came out to our home to do an estimate and he was the perfect blend of friendly and professional. He answered every question I had and I really appreciated that his first interest was in making sure we ended up with the flooring that would make us happy, rather than trying to sell us on something.
