Danny and his crew were very professional and polite. He kept in touch and responded to all emails and calls. We had a problem with a severe leak upstairs after the large storms in the Fall. Danny sent a roofer to repair the leaking spot until they could come to do the whole roof. We were impressed with the results and the fact that they were very diligent in cleaning up the yard following. We would highly recommend "Roofs on homes".

The estimation with Danny was thorough, friendly and completely honest with recommendations that fit what we needed and not unnecessary indulgences. The methods to keep the property clean and protected with tarps and a complete magnetic sweep was done proficiently and no sign of the job was left behind except for the great roof work and warranty. I would recommend them for anyone looking for complete worry free roof care.

All I could say is that I wish I contacted Roofs on Homes sooner. I received 7 quotes and theirs was the best value overall for everything that I wanted (high quality shingle, underlayment, etc.). Danny, the sales Manager, was not pushy and was the only roofer who suggested how to bring my roof up to code. He explained everything thoroughly and accommodated me for scheduling since I had other contractors working on my home. The roof looks great, functions great, and the site was cleaned up perfectly without damage to anything.

In August this year (2014) we had our roof replaced by City 1 Roof Works. We interviewed four best rated companies, and selected City 1 Roof Works as best suited to our way of doing a home renovation project. The deciding factor when compared to other three companies is the fact that all of the reviews were earned by the same people as they basically have one team doing all the projects. We learned the hard way, and on more then one occasion, that with a large company even the one with excellent customer rating, you are always running the risk of getting their 'C' or even 'D' qualified team if they get too busy. The second important factor was the true emphasis on quality of work, as well as materials used . While setting the contract up, Danny took extra care to include all of the changes, add-ons, specific details, extras we requested. They delivered on all of the details, and then some ... Outstanding attitude, workmanship, work ethics, customer appreciation. It started with Danny squeezing us into his already busy schedule ahead of the time specified in our contract. Our 13 year old roof with many valleys, had three significant leaks, that we continued fixing year after year, and which became active yet again... Danny was aware of this, and decided to help us out, as soon as the opportunity presented itself. His hard working team lead by Chuck really took outstanding care of our project. We knew the water damage on our roof deck was bad - more then half of the wood had to be replaced. Still regardless of the daunting work scope, Danny's team did so much more . They fixed poorly made mounting of our fascia in many places, replaced existing baffles and added new ones where none were present before, added ventilation holes in our fully closed inner wood soffits, added insulation sheets, and I could go on.... Chuck even returned next week to add a flashing we did not previously agree on, at no extra charge, and he also replaced a couple of damaged shingles we did not even notice. It is October now, and we had many days with heavy rain - all our trouble spots are holding tight ! Danny, please send our best regards to all of your guys !! We got our roof replaced by City 1 Roof Works at the beginning of the summer. We were nervous at first because this was our first time sourcing for this type of job; however, we were very lucky to find Danny who was very supportive during the whole process. Since we had a few shingles missing, Danny sent his crew to fix it right away.

The time may come where the original shingles on the roof needed to be replaced. As most do, we got three quotes and decided to go with roofs on homes. They were not the cheapest, but there sales material, and the way they presented themselves was first class. There salesperson, Danny, walked us through the process and showed us how they are different than many of their competitors. And he was right. This was the summer of roof repair our street and I was able to watch other companies doing roof work as well. Roofs on homes were the only ones to lay a tarp completely around the house, and to put protective boards in front of all windows. At the end of the day when they were finished and had cleaned everything up completely, the foreman asked me to step outside for a quick inspection. He pointed out that do to some material was not delivered there was a slight imperfection on the roof over the garage. If he had not pointed it out, I never would've noticed. He promised someone return the next day to fix the problem. And they did.
Not only did they fix the problem, but he would not take my check until they return the next day to make everything right. They were the same way when we signed the contract. I was ready to write the deposit check that evening but their salesman, Danny, said that no deposit was necessary, and they would only ask for the money when the job was finished. Not many contractors I know of are willing to work in that manner.
By the time they left our new roof was in place and if you inspected the grounds around our house you would never know they had been there. I cannot say the same thing for my neighbors who went with someone different because there's a little bit cheaper.
The saying is true,"You get what you pay for".
