We bought a house this year and the basement came completely unfinished. Luckily we found Finished Basement! Everyone there was extremely professional, friendly and very easy to communicate with. Kyle always responds to any kind of request you may have at any time any day! Natalie knows exactly how to make your project look the best with the smallest amount of money! And Igor is just extremely nice and knowledgeable! The entire team was courteous, efficient and top professional. The end product was top notch quality! We couldn't be happier.

Whole process was as advertised, quick and quality is top notch. We optioned for open concept basement with 3 peace bathroom.
Igor and Vitaly, have been helping from very beginning till the end. Workers were very punctual and clean and all was executed according to plan. We could probably find better price if shopped more and went with small company, but we wanted to make sure it was done fast and we would not regret the result. Again totally happy with the result.

Even though I am out of their usual service area, they arrived right when they said they would. They always left everything so clean at the end of every day. Their skill is amazing and the finished product exceeded our expectation. I could not say enough good things about Igor the owner. He runs a great company and he is so happy and friendly. He makes you feel like his only client. The job was finished in less time than quoted which is a bonus because we are really enjoying our beautiful new space.

This team was great from the beginning. My wife and I were looking for basement contractors on a Saturday afternoon on homestars. I called them (expecting voicemail) but spoke with someone live and arranged for a Sunday visit at our place (which was fabulous!). These guys know how to do everything basements - from accurate quotes to the finishing touches. They are quick, neat, and get the job done right. Igor and his team finished our basement and build a beautiful main floor fireplace in under 3 weeks. We love the work and were impressed with Igor's design ideas and use of space! Very impressed with the workmanship and quality provided by Igor and his team. They took great measures to protect the existing property. The staff was polite and eager to incorporate any minor modifications during the course of the renovation. The job was finished in less than 3 weeks.
