We started looking for a company that we could work with to get our basement finished in a professional and timely manner. We did some research and got quotes from a few contractors. As we weren't completely satsified, before we made the final decision, we continued with our online searches and fortunately we came across ISM Reno Builders (finishedbasement.ca). Right away, we both felt that FinishedBasement is the Company that we need to work with after exploring their professionally built website. We were very impressed with the wealth of information related to finishing a basement that was provided on their website along with excellent reviews of their professional work and crew.
No doubt, we were very pleased and completely satisfied with the service and support provided during the construction phase. The end result is a beautiful and elegant basement, professionally finished. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Bogdan and his team of construction crew were very professional, accommodating and hardworking while being very friendly. They delivered everything as promised. They said 2 weeks and a day would be required to complete our basement and they delivered. That's true professionalism.
Interaction with FinishedBasement (ISM Reno Buliders) started with an online request for a free estimate. Vitaliy called us within a couple of hours and scheduled an appointment to visit our home. Kyle came in and explained everything in detail and then provided us with an estimate; he's very knowledgeable and friendly. Igor was fantastic and it was very enjoyable working with him. Igor designed our basement layout and his expertise acquired over the years, was quite evident. Natalie was absolutely amazing and helped us a great deal, with making the right choices with all required finishes, from floors, walls, accent wall, niche, fireplace and washroom.
Igor Master and his electrical crew worked very efficiently to complete their work in a safe and timely manner. They were very professional while being friendly.
The Plumbers did their part in a professional manner and worked very well with the rest of the crew.

We have received such great service from the Finished Basement Company (ISM renobuilbers, management (Igor, Maria, Natalie, Vitaliy and Kyle) and the crew!We now have a beautiful basement. Initially the first call I made to the company was answered immediately, followed by an arrangement for a home visit within the next few days. They were very accommodating and worked happily with our time schedule. We really enjoyed meeting Kyle and Igor. They made discussing the basement plans not only enjoyable, but very clear, straightforward and easy to understand. Natalie and Kyle were always available whether it was over the phone, text, or email. They catered to our time availability and made all their schedules accordingly.Igor, the owner, was very friendly and he designed the basement according to our suggestions while adding his own great ideas in, which better suited our needs. Excellent craftsmanship and delivered everything as promised. They were respectful of our home and the time line was per our agreement. No problems with last minute changes or additions and very helpful in making recommendations to improve the look and function of the space. Overall the team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed.

My wife and I love customizing our home exactly the way we want it so when we moved to a different house we opted for a basement that was not finished. We heard about finishedbasement from our friend and they were extremely happy with the quality and service they got. I did some homework, got quotes from 5 different contractors, and for some reason kept coming back to the quote from this company. We finally gave the contract to Vitaly and his team. As we knew how the space would look like we had an architect friend draw us the blueprint then gave it to these guys. Exactly 2 weeks after they started they were done. We’re very hard to please but all we can say is these guys are like artists with the quality of their work. It also helped that all of them were very easy to deal with. No bullshit excuses whatsoever.

My personal basement represents the 4th basement that my family (3 sisters and my parents) have now done with finishedbasement.ca. Once again, the quality of the work, the precision of execution and their flexibility during the build was very good. Vitale's estimation was very accurate and Igor's design ideas were an intelligent use of space. Following the build completion, Natalie and the office team have provided great customer service. I recently needed some help sourcing additional items for my basement (nearly a year after build completion) and they were most helpful in working with me. Highly recommend them.

Good job done by Bogdan and his crew. I had an unfinished basement of about 545 sq feet. The workmanship was top class, and they finished before time. The only issue was the payment schedule, which was a little bit confusing. Would definitely recomend to others
