Finished basement Team is extremely professional and honored their word of completing the work in 2 weeks. They were on time everytime. I tried to obtain quotes from several people - some would give time and never show up and some would just demand the project to be given to them before they even visited our place. Vitaliy (owner) was the one that came to our rescue through Google :). And then we also heard about his work through a friend's friend. Everything was explained in detail and there were no surprises - in terms of his delivery of work , materials and cost. His staff is very good as well and cheerful. Yes they are a little expensive than the norm .... but I was highly impressed with their work. Igor is another charming person. He helped us design our basement and if something could not be done explained in detail as to why .... We requested for few changes while the work began and it was acted upon quickly.... of course you have to be quick in putting the request through (well before the drywall goes up ) ... But the point is we were not pushed back saying it was not part of the original design. In short, If I ever move to another home and have to get the basement done again - I am going back to them. God Bless them and their work.

We short listed three companies based on their home star rating. All our interactions with the everyone in the company were amazing. From Kyle the salesperson who answered all our questions and completely explained the process, to Natalie who helped us select the finishes, to every person who worked on the project. They started framing on a Thursday morning and the entire job was completed on budget two weeks later at 4 pm on the Thursday. The disruption to our lives was minimal. The crews for each stage of the project arrived like clockwork. They cleaned up after themselves and all of them clearly show pride in their workmanship. There were no deficiencies to be fixed when they were done. Everything was perfect. We are so happy with our new basement and can't believe that only 2 weeks ago it was an empty space. I would highly recommend them. Now if only they did kitchen renos as well.

Everything has completed as promised with good craftsmanship. The price is very reasonable with no hidden charges. The entire project is stress free. The crew is professional.
