Our family can't be more pleased with the process and the final product. The basement was completed in 16 days, and this was not a small project (about 1500 sq. ft.).
From our first meeting with Andrew (the Estimator), through our meetings with Igor (the owner) at our home, and Natalie (Design Consultant) at their showroom, and the four 'crews' (plumbing, framing, electrical and finishing) that worked the project, we were extremely impressed with their 'system' and most of all with their attention to quality work and detail. All of the people we worked with listened to our requirements and provided valuable insight and recommendations on providing a finished product that not only fully satisfied our needs, but most importantly provided outstanding value for the cost.
We have had numerous family members view the final product and they were amazed by the quality of finish, the time-frame in which it was completed, and the final cost.
