We have a small building in which we like to do most of the work, but in this case we found that we needed to get a professional plumber. The first one we called came and tried to clear the blockage and couldn't. Told us that it was probably caused by tree roots or a collapsed pipe. Informed us that it would be thousands of dollars to fix. We decided to get several estimates. The first one just gave us a quote without really looking into the problem.
