Imperial Sealing

I called this company based on a referral from my cousin. The guy John showed up the next day to provide an estimate. I wanted sand dropped on my interlocking and to have it sealed. He quoted me $1,500 plus tax. He said one coat would be sufficient for the stone as I had it sealed the year before.

The crew came that Friday as promised. They got there earlier than I expected, and began moving the furniture as he promised without delay. The team did such an amazing job washing everything. They spent forever washing. All weeds GONE! Just that alone made a huge difference.

But things just kept getting better. They asked me if they could seal my stone table... at NO CHARGE! I was surprised by the ethics of these guys. Who does that these days? They did such an amazing job bringing my stone table back to life. The 12 year old marble table looks brand new!

The guys came back a day later and applied the sealer. I expected them to be done. But nope!

John called me and said that he really wants to put another coat. I was expecting him to upswell me and ask for more money. Instead he said “I need to make the job look perfect... so it really needs a second coat... I will cover it as I can’t leave the job looking subpar”

They came the next day after it dried and applied a second coat. I expected to have to move all the furniture back, but sure enough after 2 days he came back with his crew and moved everything back into place. I came home from work expecting to have to move it all back, and instead got to enjoy a drink and enjoy their amazing job.

Total class act. These guys are amazing and beyond reasonably priced, and do extremely high quality workmanship. they really are a rare breed in contractors these days.

Gianni and his team did a fantastic job renewing my front entrance, wrap around porch and curbs. After 15 years of wear and tear the colour was faded, cracks and facings broken off the pattern concrete. I put this off for several years thinking I could do the job and so glad I saw his advertisement on a Neighbours’ front lawn. I called for a quote and Gianni was quick to respond, showed up for estimate when he said he would, started and finished the job when he said he would. I am so pleased that he will be rehired to do same in my backyard as I have put this off for a few years as well. Highly recommend his services.

Gianni at Imperial is a true professional and a gentleman. Super responsive by text, email, and telephone. He came by to diagnose a major screwup on brand new outdoor Italian porcelain tile during a recent botched sealing job during reno by another contractor. Had been dragging on for almost 4 months.
Gianni came and did some testing a couple of times and then completed the job with earnest hard work in less than a week. Tiles look amazing now. I cannot recommend him more highly... (again, this is tile, not wood! See photo).

Gianni and team did an amazing job extending out existing stone patio, adding a retaining wall and repairing some of the existing patio and steps completed years ago by another supplier. He is professional, personable and pays attention to the details. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for another project next year.

I moved in a year ago and was tasked with having to reseal ( extra slippery concrete steps, walkway and driveway ) and fix / repair front concrete steps and raise driveway . Gian was so knowledgeable and explained all the details as I knew nothing about maintenance of concrete. He was so maticulous and his attention to detailed was valued !! He’s a true concrete artist !!
