In 2010, We had Jim install a second downspout from our upper roof to lower roof and down away from house! The build of our house didn’t put adequate drainage on our home, so I hired Jim to add a second downspout from both roofs of my home. Thankfully Jim notice there was cocking needed on the flashing of the roof and we had him repair that as well. We have referred him numerous times to our friends and family.
