We have a tight time frame for the condition of my new home purchase.
Our realtor called Rafael and the home inspection was quickly arranged for the next day. We were there 10 minutes before appointment and Rafael was there and ready to go. The whole inspection take a good 2 and a half hours. Rafael carefully went throught in and outside of the house. Marked down everything even small like a hair crack so it will be on my report for my own record. And he gave me a lot of hints on how to prevent problem around the house and what to look for sign of problem. A lot of good suggestion and went above and beond what I expected.
