The inspector was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the house. Learned lots and feel very confident in the inspection. Highly recommended!

As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect and the Home Inspector put me at ease right at the start of the inspection by explaining how the inspection would go and also to mention that there is no perfect inspection and was very knowledge and answered all of my questions. The Home Inspection report I received was very thorough and listed what would need to be fixed and the whether it was urgent or a maintenance issue. I like that I was given a maintenance folder complete with a list of estimates for various home repairs. I thought that was a nice service to provide.

The inspector was excellent. They were on time, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were thorough, comprehensive and looked at a lot of smaller details.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending this service. Well worth the cost.

Accurate home inspections did a fabulous job on our home purchase inspection. They had all the tech toys to do the job like heat cam and moisture detectors and even had a drone to take a video of the roof! Very informative and thorough!
