Accurate Home Inspection

I have been in the building industry as a Warranty Manager for more than 20 years, the quality of service was outstanding. The Inspector was upfront, honest and on time..even though our realtor dropped the ball and was a hour late whoops. I thought I have gone over this new home from top to bottom but the Inspector showed us some issues that I have previously missed. I would recommend this company 100 percent. My wife and I am very impressed, we thought the price would be higher for a 32 page report, but was well below what I had budgeted for.

We had a great experience with the inspector from Accurate Home Inspection. The inspector explained what was looked at throughtout the entire process and pointed out items that usually don't make it to the report, which was appreciated. The report itself is thorough with pictures attached, and also gives recommendations on how to maintain in the future. All in all very satisfied!

The Inspector did a great job. I was completely blown away with the Inspector's very efficient and organized inspection. The inspector covered with much details from roof and complete exterior to the detail of the interior from attic to every individual room. The inspector we had has a background in finishing carpentry, and was very thorough and communicated with us throughout the inspection, taking the time to answer questions as they came up along the way. The inspector gave us a detailed rundown of all issues when the inspection was complete, and told us we could contact them if additional questions come up down the road. Having purchased a condo in the past, I didn't realize how much went into a full home inspection and WOW is this company thorough. The inspector did a tremendous job. Very clear explanations of what they were doing and a lot of detail in their report. They also provided a folder with info for things to consider when renovating in the future and overall home maintenance.
