It has been 2 long years from this posting, and unfortunately it is only until now that we became aware of these claims. Please understand that it is nearly impossible to "double charge" any customer that is not willing to pay for a service. There are many security safeguards from all major credit card companies that would not allow for such transactions. In this situation the additional charges were for additional service rendered for the homeowner. These additional service were recommended at time of service with an estimate and customer authorization prior to completion. I'm not sure if this is a simple case of buyers remorse however we can not reverse a service once it is provided. In regards to your basement vents, they were not cleaned once but twice as requested. It is in our professional opinion that the air duct were cleaned 100% and a third cleaning was not required. I do apologize if there has been some sort of misunderstanding but we do stand behind all our services and extend a 90 day money back guarantee. In this case we do believe that the air system was cleaned to industry specification.
