General Contracting job - re-doing main floor, bathroom, electrical and plumbing
I can't recommend John and his team highly enough. Not only did they do great work (and on time), but they were polite, respectful and very helpful throughout the experience. John really cares about his clients and their needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the work done to our satisfaction, and even helped with vendor relations and explaining to me (a first timer) everything that was being done, why and what alternatives we had. When we had issues with a supplier, he went out of his way to sort things out for/with us and was genuinely enthusiastic about taking on our project.
He is also clearly a design-oriented thinker and always tries to find solutions that fit our design aesthetic well.
His team is very conscientious about their work and cleaning up after they are done. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and service, and will definitely use them again in the future.
