Skywire Security and Surveillance - No Longer in Business

After moving into our house, I contacted the phone # for the providers of our alarm system equipment that the prior owners were using as was indicated on the control panel. I was very disappointed in my initial call with them as they were very pushy over the phone with little in the way of explanation regarding what type of equipment I had, what my needs were, etc. T

I subsequently contacted Skywire, and Paul spent close to half an hour with me over the phone going over details of the existing equipment, the house, etc. to determine my specific security needs. It turns out some of the equipment was well out-dated and could be more prone to mechanical malfunctions. Paul and Chris were over to the house within a couple of days and installed new equipment where necessary, walked me through the full operation and provided me with everything I needed to get started.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. These guys truly have the customer in mind and are clearly experts in this business. I would recommend them to anyone who is on the fence about deciding which company to choose when it comes to alarm systems.

Recently had Paul and Chris over to install our home security system. My past experience has been that once you have paid your bill in full, said company no longer wants to deal with you or is annoyed when you call for service. I did some shopping around & I found that every other alarm company was charging more than Skywire for what I needed. On top of being reasonably priced, Paul & Chris are two professional, pleasant & honest guys. They really know what they are doing & they answered all my questions over the phone. I made an appointment with them to come onsite & fix my dead alarm which I noticed upon purchasing a resale home. They were able to unlock/setup the alarm successfully. It required a new battery & I added a 2nd wireless motion sensor as the guys thought it would be a good idea. By no means were they pushy. They really left it up to me to decide. In the end, All I had to pay was $175.00 for the 2nd wireless motion sensor & $14.99 + tax per month for monitoring on a 3 year term. That's it!! THAT'S FANTASTIC. Everyone out there. Don't pull your hair out looking for a reputatable Alarm Company...call these guys!!! You won't regret it!!!
