I hired Dany to rebuild my backyard elevated deck. This included removal of the existing deck. One special request we had was to have a built in shed under the first flight of stairs and Dany said "no problem" we can do that. A second special request we had was to have privacy screens (just shy of 6') on half the length of the deck, giving us privacy when having dinner/drinks on the deck. Dany said "no problem" we can do that. The third special request we had was to have a stair case with two flight of stairs with a 90 degree turn. This saved us space and allowed for a shed to be built under the landing. Dany said "no problem" we can do that.
Once we agreed on all the project details, at a very reasonable price, Dany's crew showed up promptly to remove the existing deck. They delivered he material, and about 4 days the entire job was finished. It has been a year since and there has been zero issues so far.
Throughout the construction I had some suggestions for small modifications and Dany's crew was very flexible and receptive. They were a pleasure to work with.
In summary, I would definitely recommend Dany for your deck project needs. Dany's qualities are great workmanship, great value/price and most importantly Dany does what he says. It is very rare nowadays to find a contractor that will hold their end of the bargain. My experience with Dany is that he delivered on everything that was promised and more.
