I recently moved my small business to a new location and hired Dreamworks to design and build the new space. Having gone through renovations in the past, I had experienced many common problems with contractors: poor communication, shoddy workmanship, missed deadlines and final costs way above the initial quote.
My experience with Dreamworks, however, far exceeded my hopes and expectations. The owner, Frank, is positively brilliant. He is not only a tradesman who possesses a rare degree of knowledge and skill, he has an incredible eye for design. It is evident that Frank takes pride in his work- he works with precision and pays attention to every detail. He customized cabinets to suit our needs, he rounded the wall of one office so that it would make the reception area more spacious and inviting, and he built a custom reception desk, tiled in glass, which is as unique and stunning as it is functional. The overall look and feel of our new space is absolutely beautiful.
Frank made himself available to discuss any questions that came up, he completed the project on time in spite of a tight deadline, and charged not a penny more than quoted. I am very grateful to Frank and his crew, and highly recommend Dreamworks for any construction project.
