Natural Stone City

I had been quoted much more by another, more local, company. Although NSC gave me a prompt quote, had a very reasonable charge per sq ft for honing (which I wanted), I was hesitant to go with them because they were in Kitchner and I didn't have a car, so there was no real way for me to see the marble before buying it. They sent me photographs and I decided that it was worth the risk.

It was definitely a good choice! Not only am I very happy with the marble, the installation team was super-nice, efficient and tidy! And they made a lovely cutting board (really a pastry board, because who cuts on marble?) from the cut-out for the sink at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend them.

poor service, they refused to remove their shoes on brand new carpet and did not offer to wear booties. damaged every wall adjacent to the granite and installed mismatched caulking that looked amateurish. no satisfactory solution offered.

It's Friday evening, Dec 5th at 8:30 pm. I just received a text from my client telling me how thrilled they were with their new counter tops by Natural Stone City. I had a very tight timeline on this project. Vas, Serge, and all of the guys at Natural Stone promised me they would have the tops in by today even though I did not give them the proper lead time. At 8:30 am this morning Vas called me. He personally checked my slabs and wanted to make sure I was happy with both of them. He gave myself and my client time to be absolutely certain that we were receiving what we ordered. Unbelievable service from a company that deserves 10 stars on this project.

The installers were kind, courteous, and did a fantastic job. We are so happy with the final outcome, and would definitely recommend Natural Stone City.
They were on time for the install and the price we were quoted is the price we paid. They cleaned up after themselves and gave us instructions on how to care for our new granite countertop. Great bunch of guys. Thank you to Natural Stone City

The staff are incredible! We were impressed with every person we talked to. We visited 3 times before we decided on the color/style. Each person was honest and helped get what was best for us. We started out with marble in mind & also wanted to upgrade to expensive tapered edges & they helped us to decide we didn't need either - saving us mega $$. We ended up with an incredible granite counter top that we LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Installation was perfect. We sourced all other companies and found Natural stone had best product & pricing. In less then a week the countertops were installed perfectly. One of our senior neighbors also purchased same time as we did and also had a wonderful experience with them. Honest & reliable people with precise installation. If we could give more then 5 stars we would!

I went with Natural Stone City based on their reviews. Very happy that I did so! I would highly recommend this company. A very meticulous job was done. Every one we dealt with was very helpful, and went above and beyond their duty in professionalism, and to see that the job was done right. It pays to do your research before embarking on a countertop!!

I had 80 sq ft of granite and 35 sq ft of backsplace done by these great gentlemen. The backsplash in tumbled ivory and the granite in Galaxy black. They were a little late in coming in, but still came an worked into the night (asked us if it was ok that they did). New sink included, the plumber came with them and handled the install. Once they were done, we had nothing to do but use it - great service - will use again!!

They installed granite counters in two of our washrooms. When they came to do the quote he called to say he'd be 15 min late so always thorough. The installation was fantastic, beautifully level.

They advertise 1.5 inch granite for the price of 1/2 inch...and they're right. Selection was excellemt and the 21 foot counter looks super. The purchase even included a quality sink.A yesr later we needed a new sink strainer (we lost it), they replaced it at no charge
