We hired this company to inspect a vacant house that we were buying. We made the mistake of not seeing a red flag, he does not climb roofs! He went on with the inspection pointing one thing after another which seems to be good. In the end he missed out critical things such as why are there only three exhaust when there are two bathrooms, two kitchen range hood and one dryer at the basement! That the vent in the bathroom fan on the main floor is connected to nothing blowing moisture in the attic! That garage roof is in very bad shape that it needs immediate replacement! And the main thing is that we'll have to spend thousands of dollars for the things that he considered minor issues! That there are holes inside a basement cabinet which would tell us that the basement has no insulation of whatsoever! So do yourselves a favor and find another inspector!
