Baghai Digital

Tried one of the big / well known alarm companies and wasn't happy with their service. Baghai Digital picked up the ball and has been carrying it properly ever since. Very forthright / trustworthy and they stand behind their product. I had a problem with my control panel and it was replaced with a newer model at no cost! I'll also add that the installer John did a really clean job.

I have have dealt with Baghai Digital for over 15 years and have been extremely happy with the product, and more importantly, the service provided.

The service given by this company IMHO, should be a tamplate for how all companies deal with their clients. This is a 1st class operation all the way from the top to bottom.

No high pressure tactics, no 3 year monitoring contracts to get locked into, friendly, respectful installers etc, etc, etc.

I have personally referred them 8 or 9 times over the years and every one of them is very happy.

To the poster with the negative feedback, I'm sorry for your situation but everything you have described couldn't be farther from the experiences I have had with Mr. Sean and his company for all these years.

I stand by his level of expertise and professionalism.

Sean Baghai's security firm Baghai Digital installed a monitored alarm system in our home. Sales was outsatnding walking us through all the options and considerations. Technician did a perfect, clean professional install and gave us a good briefing on using the system.
After the installation we had a couple of questions in which the company went out there way to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended!
