Turnbull did a great job on the chimney repair at my house! The first thing was the instantaneous and quick response that I received from their salesman. I submitted my request for a quote on a Saturday night and had a quote done and in my inbox that weekend, so I was pretty impressed with that to start. For reference, I asked for quotes from two other companies and they took at least a week to get to it.

Second, the quality of work and price for the quote was quite reasonable for the task that was performed. They had the job done in no time at all and provided photos of the job on the roof so I could see it. Overall, theyre great craftsmen and good communicators. Theyre not the cheapest in town but you get good quality work and service for what youre paying for.

I would 100% recommend using Turnbull. I know I would if I had another chimney replace.

I contacted Turnbull masonry as I was having leaking issues in my laundry room. Ron came out to access and noticed quite a bit of cracks in our brick wall outside. All the steps involved in this project were done better than I expected (from the begging to the end of the work). That included the: estimate process, where Bill took notes providing suggestions for things that I did not notices and got a very professional estimate, containing detailed steps based on our conversation. His team came and did a very good work on a very hot day. I liked that they described what they will do and how, being flexible on our asks, in some situations where that was possible. They cleaned up before leaving the site, as well they protected the area before the work started. Also the billing for the job was done efficiency. The communication through all the steps of this project was very professional and fast, getting my answers to my questions back quickly.
