Random cracking with age was repaired with care and attention to detail. Efficient, timely, hard working crew did a super job. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Turnbull Masonry for any work you require. Had a front step repaired and a loose hand railing. The railing was unsafe and Ron discovered the concrete beneath was in poor condition. He had the guys remove a large section, repaired it, and once cured reattached the railing. It is now safe and solid! Very professional and easy to deal with.

The job was well completed, including clean up. The sub-contracted team worked well, were personable. Our reservations stem from a lack of personable involvement by Turnbull proper. No followup or introduction or inspection. The job was completed as quoted in two long days.

Quick response for coming out to quote and work done a week or so after quote accepted. Very good job - done quickly. With minor hiccup which Clarke resolved- we were happy with job done.

The job was a bit bigger than they had anticipated. Additional problems with the chimney were identified and fixed right away, with no extra cost. I asked to add some masonry y repairs to 2 windows sills that I noticed were chipping. They replaced 7 bricks, the same day, and repaired problems with caulking that they noticed. Their clean up was excellent, including ensuring the eaves were cleaned. Just before leaving they went back onto the roof to make a last check of something that didn’t seem just right to them. Now that is service and pride in a job well done.

Turnbull Masonry were competitive and thorough. Zube and Chris worked safely and diligently. They rebuilt the top three courses and closely matching brick. They tinted the mortar to match the rest of the house. They supplied and installed a new precast concrete cap. They waterproofed the concrete cap. They ground out and repointed the bad joints. When they found additional bricks that needed replacement, Ron was fair in pricing out the additional work. They then cleaned up everything so you wouldn't have known that they were there.

The Turnbull team was a pleasure to deal with and the crew, Zubair & Chris, did a beautiful job. This is a family owned and run business and it shows in the care from start to finish. Ron who provided the quote and was in charge of our job was always prompt, helpful and available to answer questions. The crew ground out & repointed the worn joints on our porch walls, relaid some risers of the steps that had come off, and relaid and re-levelled some stone slabs at the bottom of the steps that had sunk due to water pooling and washing out the concrete base underneath (Zubair kindly explained the source of the problem). We were very happy and highly recommend Turnbull.

We had several quotes for masonry and parging and Turnbull gave us a detailed estimate that was reasonable. The work was outstanding and we’ve gone to them for some more work, we were so satisfied.

This was not an easy job, but these 2 great guys did an excellent job, they were so nice, new exactly how to install and fix it to the wall, what a great job, we’d hire them back in a minute for other work, thank you Trumbull Masonry for providing us with such nice and great employees for our job.
