Appliance Repair review in

Had Dan in to repair dishwasher door that was leaking. Was told it needed a new door gasket. Replaced gasket, door still leaked. Was then told lower spray arm needed replaced. Did that, still leaked. Was then told he had no idea what the problem was. So much for customer service.

This customer had decided to take matters and order the parts and install them himself.
He also decided to not have me check it a second time.
I am not sure how much I am expected to do for nothing.
I did offer to come back and check it again and not charge a service charge but he decided to write this review instead.
