I was extremely pleased with the company. We did a lot of investigation including looking at other roofs by hi-grade, talking to the people at the company, and inspecting the factory to observe how the roof was engineered.
Everyone from the saleswoman , the office and the team that installed the roof was polite, courteous and more than willing to answer our questions.
We are very pleased with the workmanship and we have had many compliments on our beautiful roof.
