I've used Nima / Mr. Heat three times now for furnace, AC and gas fireplace. On all occasions he offers exceptional service, great value for money and excellent equipment. Called Mr Heat and someone answered the phone!! Thats a bonus in these days! I explained my pilot light wouldnt stay on They sent me a technician same day He had to replace a part and had part on truck Job got done and he cleaned the whole fireplace inside and out.
